Rules

All persons under the age of 18 that wish to purchase a pit pass and enter the restricted pit area must have a fully completed and legible Minor Release Waiver form on file, annually. Here is a copy of that form that can be downloaded, completed and brought to Winchester Speedway on race day. DO NOT sign the form until in the presence of the pit pass seller. If signed in advance of arrival, it must be notarized.

Many of the driver payoffs at Winchester Speedway are handled through the various sanctioning bodies; however, some are made directly through the track - such as the Crown Vic class, Thunder Roadsters, etc. For payoffs made directly by Winchester Speedway, as properly completed W9 must be on file with the track. Here is a copy of the form that may be downloaded, completed and returned to Winchester Speedway. Only page 1 needs to be returned.
